Workspace

Aitken Turnbull partnered with Wates Smartspace to deliver 190,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art collaborative workspace in central Edinburgh for the UK Government.

The Challenge

HMRC required a new regional hub to bring together their Edinburgh-based staff into a single location. The project also presented an opportunity to co-locate other UK Government departments, including the Cabinet Office and the Office of the Advocate General for Scotland, creating a consolidated centre of excellence in the capital.
