A new Glasgow office for a growing financial services firm, designed to reflect global design standards while supporting hybrid work. The space blends focus areas, collaborative hubs, and informal zones within a flexible layout—creating a branded, efficient, and future-ready workplace that enhances both employee experience and operational performance.

The Challenge

A growing financial services firm identified the need for a new office in Scotland to support its expanding operations and team. After securing space in a newly refurbished building in central Glasgow, the brief was clear: the 35-person office had to fully reflect the company’s new global design standards.

This meant aligning with an established visual identity, reinforcing a consistent workplace culture, and enabling a flexible, hybrid-ready working model. The space needed to accommodate a range of workstyles—from focus to collaboration—while projecting a professional, future-forward presence in a key strategic location.
