Global Financial Firm
Glasgow
Workspace
The Challenge
A growing financial services firm identified the need for a new office in Scotland to support its expanding operations and team. After securing space in a newly refurbished building in central Glasgow, the brief was clear: the 35-person office had to fully reflect the company’s new global design standards.
This meant aligning with an established visual identity, reinforcing a consistent workplace culture, and enabling a flexible, hybrid-ready working model. The space needed to accommodate a range of workstyles—from focus to collaboration—while projecting a professional, future-forward presence in a key strategic location.
Our Approach
Collaborating closely with the client and delivery partner Ultimate Interior, we developed a thoughtful, efficient space plan that delivered on both brand expression and everyday functionality. Our design integrated distinct zones for focused work, open collaboration, formal meetings, and informal touchdown, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Careful material selection and detailing aligned with the client’s global visual standards, while the layout was designed to promote connectivity and movement across teams. The result is a refined, high-performance workspace that reflects both the global identity and local culture of the business.
