On Tuesday 17th June, our Associate Director Laura McCrossan and Operations Assistant Cara had the pleasure of attending the Investors in People Community Celebration and networking event in Edinburgh. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals who share a commitment to creating better workplaces and to celebrate the collective achievements of the Investors in People community.
At Aitken Turnbull, we were especially proud to attend as a Silver-accredited organisation in both Investors in People (IIP) and Investors in Young People (IIYP). Last year, we were honoured to receive the Silver Award for Investors in Young People, and this year, we successfully retained our Silver status for Investors in People.
Our team is truly at the heart of everything we do, and these recognitions reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting and developing the incredible individuals who make up the AT team.
