Historic Scotland have recently published some new guidance “Managing Change in the Historic Environment: Use and Adaptation of Listed Buildings” which we were lucky enough to help the HES team with a case study relating to our Duns Primary School project. This project was a refurbishment of the former Berwickshire High School, ‘b’ listed 1930s modernist building for the new Primary School which opened in 2017.
