BORDERS DISTILLERY, HAWICK

AT staff visited the Borders Distillery on Friday afternoon as part of their staff day out. The Borders Distillery is the first Scotch Whisky distillery in the Scottish Borders since 1837, it was commissioned in March 2018. Our guided tour took us through the mashing, fermentation and distillation halls, we learnt about the design and operation of the distillery and finished off sampling some of their finest vodka, gin and whisky.
