The winning project in a Design and Build competition in partnership with Border Construction, the hospital includes a Day Hospital, Dementia Day Hospital, Community Mental Health, Adult Mental Day Hospital, Rehabilitation, Dental Suites and other support facilities.
Organised within a single storey building with services in the roofspace. All occupied rooms are naturally lit and ventilated through the use of internal landscaped courtyards. Use of timber frame construction and traditional fink trusses speeded construction.
