Designed in association with Jack Sinclair
Due to the closure of the existing Roxburghe House outside Aberdeen, a new building was required close to the existing Infirmary campus. This greenfield site was to be shared with another Trust facility allowing economies in infrastructure. New Roxburghe House exploits its setting and orientation to maximise the quality of environment for patients, their relatives and staff.
Facilities include: Day Care, Inpatient Accommodation, Education and Administration in a building of some quality with enormous attention to detail and careful selection of materials. Art work was commissioned for various locations from local artists.
